I am so happy to have f...Very insightful post Meg! I am so happy to have found your blog :) I find that my youngest always, without fail, acts out in some way after a night at his father's house. All summer I let my ex have the kids whenever he/they wanted, but during the school year I have to limit overnights to weekends. The transition back to "normal" is just too difficult. The past two times they slept over, I got calls from my 5 year old at 3:30 am. He just can't relax when he is there.
